I am a qualified personal trainer, entrepreneur, gym owner and start-up advisor to a number of different business ventures. I have been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 7 years and worked with 100+ clients.
In 2010, I graduated from Otago Polytechnic in Exercise Prescription and have worked national and international athletes, as well as recreational athletes and everything in between. I now specialise working with clients on improving their habits around exercise, sleep, motivation, habits and diet.
